Driven by the conviction that proactive cyber awareness is paramount in today's evolving threat landscape, Kurtis Baron founded Echo Secure AI to revolutionise the phishing simulation market.
With over ten years experience, his rapid ascent in the cybersecurity industry underscores his expertise in both penetration testing and red teaming disciplines. In 2017, he established his own cybersecurity consultancy, building a world-class technical team and substantial client base, leading to a successful exit in 2023.
Echo Secure AI is his next exciting venture into cybersecurity, with the focus now on leveraging advanced artificial intelligence to provide organisations with cutting-edge defence solutions, empowering them to effectively mitigate modern cyber threats.

Charlotte Baron is a results-driven operations leader with extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry, which she brings to Echo Secure AI as a founding partner.
In 2018, she joined Kurtis’ cybersecurity consultancy, when the company was a small but ambitious team, taking on a multifaceted role to support its rapid growth. She was a driving force behind ensuring operational excellence, optimising processes to increase efficiency and the successful delivery of cybersecurity services to clients.
